Delhi to give Rs 25 cr to IIIT

Delhi Government on Monday promised to offer an additional fund of Rs 25 crore to Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, being developed as one of the best centres for technological education in the country.

Delhi Government on Monday promised to offer an additional fund of Rs 25 crore to Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, being developed as one of the best centres for technological education in the country.

The financial assistance has been promised at a meeting between board members of the institute and CM Sheila Dikshit, an official said. The institute was set up by Delhi Government in 2008.
