In the last five years, this is the second time that the city has witnessed a sort of dengue-outbreak, as the number of cases crossed 4,000 mark.
Civil Lines and South Delhi reported the highest number of 517 cases each this season followed by Rohini (504), Shahdara North (439) and Central Zone (419). With one more new case of chikungunya reported from the city on Monday, the total number of people affected has reached 21.
