The Delhi government has directed all three private discoms in the city to prepare a 'summer action' plan so that the city does not face shortage of power during the season.

The Delhi government has directed all three private discoms in the city to prepare a 'summer action' plan so that the city does not face shortage of power during the season.

Power minister Harun Yusuf told the discoms to arrange adequate power so that no area faces load-shedding. A senior official in power department said the maximum demand is expected to go beyond 5,400 mega watt this summer.
