EC removes poll Observer in MP

Acting tough, the Election Commission today removed an IAS officer posted as an Observer in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh for his alleged misconduct.

Acting tough, the Election Commission on Saturday removed an IAS officer posted as an Observer in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh for his alleged misconduct.

Harbat Singh, posted in Morena in the state, has been removed for his alleged misconduct, EC sources said.

Polls to the 230-member Madhya Pradesh assembly are scheduled for November 27.
