Fire at Shram Shakti Bhavan in New Delhi

A fire broke out on the sixth floor of the Shram Shakti Bhavan on Monday evening. The blaze was reported from an air-conditioner on the sixth floor of the building at around 6:25 pm, fire brigade officials said.

A fire broke out on the sixth floor of the Shram Shakti Bhavan on Monday evening.

The blaze was reported from an air-conditioner on the sixth floor of the building at around 6:25 pm, fire brigade officials said.

Seven fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the fire.

A short-circuit in an air conditioner is suspected to be the cause of fire.
