Some flights were delayed at the IGI airport in New Delhi on Sunday morning due to foggy conditions in the capital, leading airport authorities to implement low visibility procedures.
The low visibility procedures were implemented at around 8.48 am and the main runway was being used for take-off and landing, airport officials said.
A thick blanket of fog engulfed the capital reducing visibility to 500 metres, the Met department said.
