Rajat, his brother Ritesh (25) and his father Raj (53) were all beaten up over an argument related to parking.

His father died of multiple injuries and shock.

Today Rajat, and his brother are so scared they rarely venture out of their Anand Parbat office alone.

The incident took place on December 8, 2009.

“My father had just asked them to move their trucks parked in front of our office. There was no space for us to park our car. The people who own a factory next to ours got angry. They started abusing my father. Later, they got 20-25 men and caught hold of my younger brother and started beating him. My father and I rushed to rescue him. They started beating us as well. After five minutes I saw my father unconscious and lying on the ground. We managed to take him to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead. Ever since we have been fighting to get justice for our father,” he recollects.
