“We want to assist mental health patients of north India as statistics show that the Capital lacks a dedicated source of help,” said Dr Arun John of Vandrevala Foundation.

The helpline aims to support people suffering from depression, multiple sclerosis, dementia and others suffering from psychological problems. The personnel manning the helpline are qualified psychologists. Calls are escalated to psychiatrists depending on severity.
