India to sell $2.57 bln rupees of bonds on July 9

India will sell 120 billion rupees ($2.57 billion) of bonds on July 9, the government said in a statement on Monday.

India will sell 120 billion rupees ($2.57 billion) of bonds on July 9, the government said in a statement on Monday.

The government will auction 40 billion rupees of the 7.17 percent bonds maturing in 2015 and 50 billion rupees of the 7.80 percent 2020 bonds, according to the statement.

It will also sell 30 billion rupees of the 8.32 percent 2032 bonds.($US1 = 46.78 rupees)
