The meeting was basically a courtesy call, a government spokesperson said.
Ambassador Kenneth Thompson apprised Dikshit about administrative and political set up in his country. He further offered to have cooperation between Delhi and Ireland.
Thompson told the Delhi Chief Minister that during his brief stay of two months in Delhi, he has been impressed with the green cover.
Dikshit also apprised him of the composite culture of the national capital and its administrative set up.
