Kejriwal party slams ‘fake’ budget

The Aam Aadmi Party has criticised the Sheila Dikshit government’s 2013-14 budget, saying it is a “fake” budget and did not address the needs of Delhi’s citizens at a time of high inflation and rampant corruption.

The Aam Aadmi Party has criticised the Sheila Dikshit government’s 2013-14 budget, saying it is a “fake” budget and did not address the needs of Delhi’s citizens at a time of high inflation and rampant corruption.

“The government’s job was to put forth such an economic policy and budget proposals that would enable common people to run their kitchen and also in general their households along easily along with ensuring good education for their children.

But the Dikshit government budget has no solution for any problem faced by common man,” Manish Sisodia, an AAP spokesperson, said in a statement.

Arvind Kejriwal and others from AAP have been vocally opposing inflated power and water bills and organising agitations, holding rallies and addressing meetings against the Dikshit government’s policies.
