“Pandher’s D-5 residence was frequented by adulterous people including police officials and Pandher’s friends. They hired women to enjoy at the residence. I, being a small servant, earning just Rs 2,000, have been falsely implicated by the CBI who have let Pandher and others off,” Koli said.
Remembering his family, Koli broke down. He said he would like to meet his wife and children but they don’t have the financial ability to come and meet him. “I would die the same death after each case and I haven’t seen my family in years,” Koli said.
He said his confessional statement was taken under duress by the CBI officials. “They had told me that my family was in their custody,” he said.
“I have not killed any children or women. I have been made a scapegoat,” he added.
