A man has been allowed by a Delhi court to prosecute his wife for allegedly defaming him by lodging a criminal case against him, accusing him of stealing her articles.

A man has been allowed by a Delhi court to prosecute his wife for allegedly defaming him by lodging a criminal case against him, accusing him of stealing her articles.
Additional sessions judge Narinder Kumar allowed a city resident to prosecute his wife, a Rajasthan native, saying there was sufficient material to proceed against her.
"This court finds merit in the contention of petitioner that there is sufficient ground to proceed against the accused on the allegation levelled by the man.
