Singh will now be UP's resident commissioner in Delhi, replacing Pankaj Agarwal and will continue to be chairman of the Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway industrial development authorities.
Rama Raman, who was CEO of both Noida and Greater Noida, will now have only Greater Noida.

Singh had been chairman of Noida for three years when most of the acquisitions took place.
