MCD House mulls roping in marshals

Peeved with the continuous adjournment of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) House and Standing Committee meetings, due to disruption caused by the opposition, the civic body is planning to deploy marshals to impose order.

Leader of MCD House Subhash Arya said due to the Opposition creating uproar during meetings, leading to adjournments, discussions on civic issues hardly take place. "In view of the forced adjournments, it seems marshals will have to be deployed."
