The BJP today termed as 'unfortunate' and 'shocking', Omar Abdullah's tweet on Tamil Nadu assembly passing a resolution pleading for commuting of punishment to Rajiv Gandhi's killers.
Just one tweet may force Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah to do a lot of explaining.

The BJP on Wednesday termed as 'unfortunate' and 'shocking', Omar Abdullah's tweet on Tamil Nadu assembly passing a resolution pleading for commuting of punishment to Rajiv Gandhi's killers.
Abdullah started a controversy when he tweeted about the Tamil Nadu assembly passing a resolution pleading that the death sentence given to three killers of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi be commuted.
"If J&K assembly had passed a resolution similar to the Tamil Nadu one for Afzal Guru would the reaction have been as muted? I think not," he tweeted on Tuesday. He was referring to the Parliament attack convict who is on death row in Delhi and hails from Kashmir.
Abdullah's tweet sparked a range of reactions, and he was asked to elaborate on his tweet.
The Congress on Wednesday also distanced itself from Omar's views saying that they were his personal views.
