Post the blast, security in markets frequented by expats has been beefed up.

Extra security personnel have been deployed at posh markets that have expats as their major clientele.
"We have increased the security in areas such as Khan Market, Saket, Vasant Vihar, Defence Colony market and INA market," said a senior Delhi police officer, requesting anonymity.
"Though investigations in the case are still on and nothing conclusive has been found yet, we have still taken precautionary measures," he added.
The Capital houses more than 160 embassies and missions, and a large number of expatriates have made it their home.
Quick reaction vehicles have been positioned at the several places, and the security cover outside many five star hotels has also been increased.
"There has been a significant increase in the police presence here, following the incident that happened at the Aurangzeb Road in the afternoon. Khan Market is one of the most visited markets by the foreign population living in Delhi and it is very important that they feel safe while coming here. Security in the market was upped even after the high court blast," said Sanjeev Mehra, president, Khan Market traders association.
