Ramdev supporters to pray at Jantar Mantar

Thousands of supporters of Baba Ramdev will organise a yagna (fire ritual) at Jantar Mantar Sunday to pray for the speedy recovery of Rajbala, a supporter who suffered spinal injuries during the police action against the fasting yoga guru June 5, the Patanjali trust said today.

Thousands of supporters of Baba Ramdev will organise a yagna (fire ritual) at Jantar Mantar on Sunday to pray for the speedy recovery of Rajbala, a supporter who suffered spinal injuries during the police action against the fasting yoga guru June 5, the Patanjali trust said on Saturday.

The yagna will be held from 9 am to 6 pm.

Fifty-one-year-old Rajbala, presently on ventilator support, continues to be in a "very critical" condition, according to doctors of the GB Pant Hospital, where she is admitted.
