Justice Sanjeev Khanna on Wednesday dismissed the plea of a Residential Welfare Association (RWA) seeking a stay on the demolition drive.

The court has given the civic agency three months to raze the illegal structures.

The order came after the MCD filed a survey report, pursuant to the court's earlier order, and said almost every household in the area has done illegal construction in some way or the other.
