Localities including Netaji Nagar, Sarojini Nagar, Nauroji Nagar, Moti Bagh, Chanakyapuri, Diplomatic Enclave and vicinity will have no piped water supply for 24 hours starting from Wednesday. The disturbance in the water supply will take place due to the proposed repair work planned by the DJB at Haidarpur Water Treatment Plant.

“The NDMC gets major water supply from Haidarpur WTP, hence water supply in our area will be stopped particularly in Netaji Nagar, Sarojini Nagar, Nauroji Nagar, Moti Bagh, Chanakyapuri, Diplomatic Enclave and vicinity, from 9am on Wednesday till 9am on Thursday. People are advised to store water as per their usage and convenience. They can also request MCD for water tankers,” said an official of the MCD.
