Sagotra marriage petitioner asked to move high court

A vacation bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Deepak Verma and comprising Justice KS Radhakrishnan told senior counsel KTS Tulsi that Naresh Kadyan, the petitioner of the public interest litigation, should move the high court in this regard.
