Segregate access to mall and flats: court

A Gurgaon court has directed the Town and Country Planning Department to ensure exclusive use of the service road of the Ambience complex by cars owned by residents of Ambience Apartments and guests visiting the Leela Kempinski Hotel, reports Sanjeev K Ahuja.

Located next to the Delhi-Gurgaon toll plaza, the Ambience complex also houses the well-frequented Ambience Mall.

The court issued the orders on a petition filed by the resident body Ambience Lagoon Residents Welfare Association (ALARWA), that opposed parking of hundreds of cars owned by those visiting Ambience Mall by the side of their apartments on the main service road

connected to the entry gate of the complex.

An ALARWA delegation today met Gurgaon police commissioner S S Deswal to ensure compliance of court orders.
