The incident was reported around 10 pm at the Mc Donalds outlet in Janpath, when the two tourists, who could not speak English, had a tiff with one of the travel agents.

The women insisted they had paid 640 Euros for stay in a hotel at Paharganj, but were taken to Karol Bagh instead. The women insisted they would not check into the hotel and wanted their money back.

As the women could not speak English, Spanish Embassy officials intervened and resolved the matter. No case has been registered in the matter.
