A 25-year-old software engineer allegedly committed suicide after a tiff with the woman with hom he was having an illicit relationship.
Police said Manoj Bansal shot himself using a country-made pistol at a rented house in west Delhi’s Vikaspuri area late on Wednesday.
He was living in the house with the woman and her two children.
The police said Bansal was depressed as the relationship with the woman was not acceptable to his parents who live in Sagarpur.
A police officer said Manoj, while in Sagarpur, got in touch with the married woman—aged between 30 and 35 years and mother of two girls — a few month ago.
