A teenaged domestic help was found dead under mysterious circumstances in outer Delhi, police said.

The incident was reported at around 8 am in Rohini Sector-11 area of Prashant Vihar, police said.

Police received a call that a man had committed suicide but investigations suggested that Babloo Kumar (18) was first tied and then he was hung from a ceiling fan to make it look like suicide, a senior police official said.

The body has been sent for post-mortem and investigators are awaiting the report, the official said.

Babloo was working at the house of a businessman.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
