Courting the digital age
The Delhi High Court pilot project of becoming paperless would enter Phase II. By 2010, litigants will be able to file petitions on a CD in most HC courtrooms. From case history to live proceedings of a trial, everything would on wire. E-kiosks for help would be set up across the court complex, to make litigants e-courts friendly. With the click of a mouse, judges could access the entire history of the case on trial. Here’s hoping justice too is a click away.

Shift
The city's oldest court, Patiala House Courts located near India Gate, would shift to Saket in south Delhi. The new court complex would be air-conditioned. Waiting rooms have been made for litigants to relax, when their case is scheduled later in the day.
