Two held for duping banks of R20 crore
The Delhi Police have arrested two persons who have obtained a loan of R20 crore from various banks by submitting forged documents.

The accused, identified as Dinesh Aggarwal (50) and Grish Dutt (35), were caught after a tip-off.
Police said the duo with the help of their associates, got loans from several banks in Delhi and NCR.
"We have recovered one country made loaded pistol from their possession. Later, 18 forged pan cards, three forged driving licences and two fake voter
I-cards were also recovered from them," said P Karunakarn, DCP (northwest).
During investigation, the accused told the police that they along with their other associates —Suresh Kumar, Lallan Kumar, Brijesh Kedia, Sunil Kumar, Satish Kumar and Amit Sharma —used to apply for commercial and home loans.
Initial investigation revealed that Dinesh Kumar had obtained commercial loans from
Punjab National Bank of Rs 3 crore, Rs 2 crore from Oriental Bank of Commerce, Rs 2.6 crore from Punjab & Sind Bank, R2.5 crore from Bank of India and Rs 1.39 crore from Central Bank of India by using forged documents.
They even used to apply for loans on fake names to avoid arrest. Police are trying to trace the other accused.
