
Two held for vehicle-theft
The Southeast Delhi Police have arrested two persons for their alleged involvement in vehicle theft cases. As many as 18 motorcycles have been recovered from the accused, police said.

The Southeast Delhi Police have arrested two persons for their alleged involvement in vehicle theft cases. As many as 18 motorcycles have been recovered from the accused, police said.
"The police have arrested Gajender and Shokeen from Kaya-Maya Picket on Mehrauli-Badarpur Road on Monday during routine checking," said OP Mishra, additional deputy commissioner of police (southeast).
"They were intercepted for not wearing helmet. They abandoned their motorcycle on the road and ran away. The youths were apprehended after a chase," added Mishra.
When they were asked to produce the documents of the motorcycle, they failed and it came to light that it was stolen.
