A Delhi court has allowed a school teacher — discharged in a prostitution racket case — to take back articles, including some CDs, seized from her house. HT Correspondent reports.

A Delhi court has allowed a school teacher — discharged in a prostitution racket case — to take back articles, including some CDs, seized from her house.

The Delhi police had seized a cell phone and 20 CDs from the house of Uma Khurana when she was arrested on August 30, 2007 after a sting operation showed her ‘running a prostitution racket’ .

But the court discharged the Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya teacher on November 1, 2007, after the police gave her a clean chit.
