Woman behind threat call to Sheila Dikshit caught
A threat call over telephone to Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit sent security agencies into a tizzy but it later turned out that a "mentally stressed" elderly woman did it as she was angry over rise in prices of essential goods.
Police traced the caller, who is in her sixties, detained her and let her off after questioning, police sources said.
Her interrogation revealed that she was mentally stressed and angry with the government over the issue of price rise, they said.
She was let off after police found that she did not have any evil designs and Dikshit personally intervened asking them not to take any action against her, the sources said.
