Woman gets warrant in Nargis murder

A city court has issued a non-bailable warrant against a woman named Rozy in the Nargis Juneja murder case.

A city court has issued a non-bailable warrant against a woman named Rozy in the Nargis Juneja murder case.

Rozy is the girlfriend of the deceased's husband Rakesh Juneja. "Rakesh was having an affair with Rozy. Due to their relation, Nargis often picked up fights with him," said a police official.

Rakesh had allegedly hired two contract killers to eliminate Nargis. He was arrested on March 11 this year for plotting the killing of his wife, who was found murdered at her DLF Phase 2 house in December 2010. The police said Rakesh was arrested in March, after the department gathered "sufficient proof establishing his involvement in the murder".
