Youth detained at Finance Ministry for carrying live bullets
Mukesh Kumar, a native of Sriganganagar in Rajasthan, had come to give a wedding card to Minister of State for Finance Namo Narayan Meena when CISF personnel detected two rounds of live 9 mm bullets in his hand baggage during a regular check.

A youth was today detained by CISF personnel at the Finance Ministry for carrying two rounds of live bullets with him.
Mukesh Kumar, a native of Sriganganagar in Rajasthan, had come to give a wedding card to Minister of State for Finance Namo Narayan Meena when CISF personnel detected two rounds of live 9 mm bullets in his hand baggage during a regular check.
"Kumar was immediately detained at Gate no 2 of the Ministry and handed over to Delhi Police for further investigation," a CISF official said.
The incident occurred at about 2.30 pm.
Kumar had earlier gone to Meena's residence but could not meet him as the minister was unavailable.
"Further investigation in the matter is on," the official said.
