Registration will start at 12 noon on Wednesday, with 54,000 seats in more than 60 colleges on offer.
The quota for Kashmiri migrants stands at 5% this year -- up from 3%, officials said at a press conference at North Campus.
The first cut-off list will be out on June 27, and after the fifth list colleges will come out with merit lists if seats remained vacant.
There will be no offline application forms and students have to register on du.ac.in. Candidates have to upload scanned documents, which should be self-attested.
This year, students applying under sports and ECA (extra-curricular activities) quota will use a centralised registration form.
