NTPC recruitment: Apply for 60 vacancies of Executive Trainee posts (REUTERS)

The application process is underway and the last date for the submission of application form is March 21.

NTPC recruitment vacancy details: This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up a total of 60 vacancies, of which 20 vacancies are for the post of ET-Finance (CA/CMA), 10 for ET-Finance (MBA-Fin) and 30 for ET-HR.

NTPC recruitment age limit: The maximum age of the candidates should be 29 years as on March 21, 2022.

NTPC recruitment educational qualification:

Executive Trainee-Finance (CA/CMA): CA/CMA (previously ICWA) qualified from institute recognised by appropriate statutory authority in India, are eligible to apply.

Executive Trainee-Finance (MBA-Fin): Candidates should be graduate with at least two years full time Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Program in Management with specialisation in Finance or MBA.

Executive Trainee-HR: Graduate with atleast two years full time Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Program in Management with specialisation in Human Resource/ Industrial Relations. Candidates can check more details on the notification given below.

NTPC recruitment selection process: Candidates have to appear for the All India based selection test. The online selection test will have two parts: Subject Knowledge test and Executive aptitude test separately. After that candidates will be shortlisted for personal interview. The final selection will be based on the weightage of selection test and Personal interview marks.
