The HSC exams will be conducted from February 18 to March 28 next year. More than 18 lakh students from across the state had appeared for these exams last year, held from February 21 onwards.

As per the timetable uploaded on the state board’s official website, physics, mathematics and chemistry papers are scheduled for February 24, 26 and 29 respectively. The exams for vocational subjects will be held between February 18 and March 22.

Similarly, the SSC exams will begin on March 1, three days earlier than last year. The exams will continue till March 29.

The timetable was announced three months late this year. “The timetable was late as the board was busy conducting the supplementary exams in June-July,” said Krishnakumar Patil, secretary of the board.
