Eligibility: Candidates wanting to avail of the scholarship must satisfy the following conditions: a) they must possess a first class degree from a recognised Indian university and must have an incredibly good academic record from Class 10 onwards; b) they must have secured admission, or should have at least applied for admission, in reputable foreign universities for courses commencing from September 2011 but not later than February 2012; c) The age of students at the time of application should not be above 27 years. Interested candidates studying in the final year of the degree course are also eligible to apply provided they produce their marksheet/ certificate of earlier examinations before the end of June 2011.
