Organisers of Bryan Adams’ Delhi concert, Netsurf Entertainment, now say that they decided to cancel the concert because the Met Department gave them a certificate saying it would rain on February 15.

Organisers of Bryan Adams’ Delhi concert, Netsurf Entertainment, now say that they decided to cancel the concert because the Met Department gave them a certificate saying it would rain on February 15. The Met Deptt, however, said there’s no system of issuing certificates.
