British soul star Adele, 23, has turned down the chance to move to California because she’d miss the rough area of London where she grew up.

“I’m a London girl through and through,” she says, adding that reliance on cars in Los Angeles also influenced her decision. “I thought I’d walk to a cute little waterfront cafe and hang out, but you can’t walk anywhere there.”
