Akshay Kumar’s son joins Dahi Handi celebrations

Akshay Kumar’s 10-year-old son Aarav climbed a three-tier human pyramid to break a ‘handi’ at his plush Juhu home. “Akshay made sure that Aarav climbed the pyramid safely. Like any doting father, he kept a close eye on his son,” says an onlooker.
What’s interesting is that Sonakshi Sinha (Akshay’s co-star in Rowdy Rathore and Joker, who also lives in Juhu) also joined the gang to form the human pyramid.
“Sonakshi had come to wish Akshay and his family on Gokulashtami. And she readily allowed Aarav to step on her shoulder and reach the ‘handi’. She was on the second tier. She laughed and joked with everyone through it all,” adds the onlooker.
Incidentally, Sonakshi has just finished shooting for a special Gokulashtmi song (with Prabhudheva) in Akshay’s upcoming film, Oh My God (OMG). “The same number was played several times during the celebrations. It went well with the entire mood and setting,” informs the source. Akshay remained unavailable for a comment.
