Actor Ameesha Patel is in mourning as her grandmother passed away last Thursday.

Actor Ameesha Patel is in mourning as her grandmother passed away last Thursday. Susheela Rani Patel, 90, who was married to lawyer-politician Rajni Patel, expired following a brief illness at her Pune home.

She was cremated on Friday morning. Ameesha was close to her grandmother and left a note on Twitter: “I’m sorry. My grandma just died. I can't tweet for few days. I'm heartbroken.”
