Aniston has flown her personal trainer, Mandy Ingber, to Hawaii, where her upcoming film Just Go With It is being shot, to make sure she looks perfect when filming alongside swimsuit model Brooklyn Decker, Daily Mail online reported.

"Jen has been getting really wound up with the wardrobe department because her costumes are so skimpy and she's worried about working with a younger model with a hot body," a source said.

"She has upped her fitness regime and has had her gym equipment sent to her villa," the source added.

The 41-year-old actress already has an intense regime. Since leaving sitcom Friends and becoming an A-list celebrity, Aniston has credited Ingber, who is her personal yoga guru and one of her best friends, with her body make-over.
