His last few movies may not have done too well, but Kunal Khemu has managed to stay in the news, thanks to frequent rumours of his alleged link-up with Soha Ali Khan.
His last few movies may not have done too well, but Kunal Khemu has managed to stay in the news, thanks to frequent rumours of his alleged link-up with Soha Ali Khan. On a recent visit to the capital, Khemu makes it a point to trash all rumours.
“I have always said that we are just ‘good friends’ and we have a great ‘co-star relationship’. I think a lot has been said and written about Soha and me, but I don’t feel the need to clarify anything. In fact, there is nothing to clarify about us. I have always said what was true. But stories have come out despite that.”
The actor, who was last seen in 99, confesses he’s not in a position to pick and choose just yet. “It’s too early to say which genre suits me best. I can’t pick and choose at this stage. So, I am quite happy with what is coming towards me.” He doesn’t really have any favourites in the industry either. “I can’t say that stuff like this the director is who I want to work.
It doesn’t work that way. But, my favourite role was in Kalyug. Just like one’s first love, I love my first movie.”
