The Sawbridgeworth mansion, which was bought for 2.5 million pounds in 1999, has been valued at up to 18 million.

“They just cannot see themselves returning to London,” a source close to the Beckhams said. A spokesperson added, “We can confirm that David and Victoria have had their UK home valued.”
