However, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has now extended an order originally put in place during Britney's Circus tour, reports The Sun.
Britney now has minimum 50/50 custody - and at times even more - according to US website TMZ. According to reports, Federline will receive between 20,000 dollars and 25,000 dollars a month when the boys are outside of California in addition to the 20,000 dollars a month Britney already pays in child support.
The judge will review the arrangement at the end of the year.
