Pop diva Britney Spears has put up her home on sale again, this time for $4 million. She paid much more than the amount, when she purchased the property. Spears had tried to sell the house in 2008 after having lived there for just one year.

Spears had tried to sell the house in 2008 after having lived there for just one year. The huge loss that she will be incurring is barely a drop in the ocean for the singer, who is worth an estimated $155 million, the Daily Mail reported.
The Mediterranean-style villa has 7,453 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms, six bathrooms and is in the exclusive Summit gated community in Beverly Hills. The huge mansion has very large and spacious rooms, with tan coloured walls and a big kitchen area. The dining room has a view of the backyard, which contains a swimming pool and a spa.
One of the many rooms in the house has a black grand piano, and the entrance has a massive foyer that greets guests upon their arrival. The huge decrease in price is a sign indicating that the 30-year-old is desperate to get rid of the property, as it is believed that she wants to start her new life with her fiance, Jason Trawick.
The Hollywood agent asked for Britney’s hand in marriage in 2011, on his 40th birthday.
