Actor Charlie Sheen’s catchphrases are soon to become a trademark after a company with ties to him filed an application. The company, Hyro-gliff, filed trademark applications between March 19 and 22, for 22 of Sheen’s catchphrases, which include "Duh, Winning", "Vatican Assassin", "Tiger Blood", and "Rock Star From Mars".

The trademark protection has been sought for everything from bras, drinks, electronic games, candy and even gambling machines, the Telegraph reported.

Sheen’s spokesman says any potential uses of the trademarks, if granted, will be determined later.
