Actor Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Muellar are not heading for divorce, says the former's representative.

Usmagazine.com reports that the representative for Sheen said that the couple "are currently living apart but are trying to figure things out". "They are still married and have no plans for divorce."

It's been a tumultuous few months for the couple. In March, Sheen pled not guilty of attacking Muellar during a Christmas 2009 episode in which he allegedly threatened her with a knife (his trial begins in July). Both husband and wife spent time in separate rehabs for alcohol and drug addictions.
