Chitrangda loses her way

While shooting for Yeh Saali Zindagi, actress Chitrangda Singh had a narrow escape from being seriously injured.

While shooting for Yeh Saali Zindagi, actress Chitrangda Singh had a narrow escape from being seriously injured. The actress was shooting forin Haryana, near Sona, and as evening approached, the area started to get covered in thick fog. The unit packed up early and began their drive back to Delhi.

However, the fog descended quicker and thicker than expected and before they knew it, Chitrangda’s driver lost his way completely. The rest of the crew reached the city and were concerned about the missing actress and sent a search party out for her.

“It was very scary,” recalls the actress. “It took us almost six hours to get out of that area. As we were driving we saw some trucks that had fallen on the side, and it was really very frightening as the visibility was really low and we were not sure where we were headed. It was such a huge relief to be back."
