The boys were at the recently concluded animation, SFX and VFX exhibition, CGT Expo, and have been selling the film’s DVDs for Rs 50 a copy. Says Karan, “While waiting for our results, we decided to try our hand at making a film. I admit, we still have a long way to go as far as technique goes.”

The children have produced the film from their own pocket money and cast actors from amongst their friends. They’ve even uploaded a website with details about the film and their ‘company’, along with behind-the-scenes promotional videos.

“The expo gave us a chance to present our film along with more professional ventures,” says Karan. We’re unfazed by criticism and are using the money from DVD sales to finance our next film. It’ll definitely be better than this one.”
