However, tabloid reports suggested that Douglas had to take medical treatment after falling at his apartment Oct 29, while his wife actress Catherine Zeta-Jones was away on business in China.

However, Douglas' spokesperson insists there is no truth to the collapse report and he is on road to recovery, reports express.co.uk.
